Who knows where our joint journey will take you?**You'll make an impact by**:- Identifying, involve, integrate, and manage all relevant procurement functions for a customer bid or project (i.e. Global Category Management, Supplier Quality Management, Regional Procurement, etc.)- Act as prime interface to/for the customer bids or projects key business partners and procurement- Align terms & conditions and ensure transfer of the relevant customer contract terms & conditions to supplier offers and contracts.- Analyze procurement and supplier-related risks and set/manage respective mitigation measures.- Drives and implements procurement strategies in projects and ensures their implementation of KPIs, for example but not limited to pre-book savings (CTG), post-book savings (CNI), e-Bidding /e-Auction & Payment Terms, etc- Support in getting the best rates during the execution phase.- Develop and actively-drive local sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and management.- Self-organization, monitors, and drives utilization of the consolidated Procurement Plan and Procurement Statement, including Supplier/RFQ/offer status per purchasing item,- Selected suppliers, Risk table, Procurement efforts, and resources and manages Procurement Plan- Support and implement procurement related optimization strategies in line with Siemens DEGREE framework and also carbon footprint reductions (NZE) via SCM- Negotiate price, contract terms and conditions.- Develop strong, ethical relationships with suppliers with good business practices.**Your defining qualities**:- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in Procurement- Sold technical understanding and skills, preferrable around the Power, Grid and/or the IT network related industry.- Fast learner and eager to exploring new opportunities coming from the IT/OT/SW and AI driven industry.- Able and willing to work with multi-cultural teams across ASEAN and European Headquarter Organization if and as required.- Create a better #TomorrowWithUs!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
