?? Job Role Prepare purchase orders, delivery orders, and handover orders based on purchase requests in the OA system. Perform budget checking for each purchase request. Perform background checking, prepare cooperation agreement with vendors (items or services) and request AFI or ASI Director's signature. Responsible for Purchasing's AFI and ASI petty cash flow, report, and reimbursement. Process all contract and payment (budget, payment, and reimbursement) of AFI, ASI, and IKI through OA system. Update Purchasing Team's worksheet according to each purchase request. ?? Requirements Minimum Diploma's degree in any major. Experienced in administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
