Join us in our cause to build a world class fintech company in Indonesia.Job DescriptionResponsible for procurement life-cycle and vendor management for marketing, work equipment, IT assets and services, and various ready-made or custom materials and servicesNegotiate contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality while working with cross-functional stakeholdersDevelop, implement and manage an annual vendor review process and an ongoing vendor approval processAnalyze spend to develop cost reduction road maps and strategiesWork with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the companyManage vendor onboarding and verification, and ensure NDAs are set in place to protect company informationQualificationsBachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in IT / EngineeringHave 1-2 years of experience in handling contract procurementGood understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques with conflict resolution skillsStrong analytical and negotiation skillsExcellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to learn quicklyAbility to manage multiple projects while effectively meeting deadlinesAble to work well individually and in a team with multiple stakeholders
