You'll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. We are looking for Printing Engineer based in Karawang. YOUR 'DAY TO DAY' Main responsibility: - Lead NPD project and commercialization for domestic and export market in SPP starting from development, preparation, onsite approval, commercial production and monitoring NTM delivery with the timely, independent, accurate and cost effective by project closure and project reporting. - Execution of creation and modification of creative packaging designs, process improvement and other NTM cigarette materials as defined by PD, Marketing, Legal and Manufacturing business units as well as his/her own creation. - Provide guidance for packing configuration from pack level up to finish good, stacking and handling for HM Sampoerna, PM Affiliates (south cluster) and others - when applicable. - Managing new & current job using PLM with high quality performance align customer expectation by establish color standard, standard color range and other PMI quality requirement. - Organize meeting & coordination together with related parties such as PPMD, QA, Production, Tooling supplier, paper supplier, OEM and Ink supplier for printing project briefing and other proses improvement. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering major from reputable universities - At least 2 years' experience in printing industry and project management - Fluent in written and in speaking in English - Having knowledge of QS & Project Management principals, knowledge of printing production processes and tooling. - Experience of packaging materials, pre-press, printing and converting technology - Able to operate IT computer skills and software applications including MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. - Good in communication skill and having experience in leading the team would be a plus WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
