Primary Mathematics Teacher

**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum, particularly Primary Checkpoint.- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities.- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to academic growth and personal development.- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student learning outcomes.- Utilize digital tools and platforms effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree majoring in Math education, Elementary education, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching primary mathematics.- Strong English proficiency is essential for effective communication.- Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum, especially Primary Checkpoint, is highly desirable.- Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for teaching and learning.- High level of accountability and reliability in fulfilling job responsibilities.- Effective classroom management skills to create a conducive learning environment.**Join Mutiara Harapan Islamic School and be part of a passionate team committed to nurturing young minds and shaping future leaders through quality education.
