Pr Internship

POSTEAs a public relations intern, you'll be responsible for assisting in promoting, managing and maintaining the public's view Louis Vuitton. You'll work with journalists, influencers and internal departments to determine the communication goals. You will be required to assist in planning photoshoots, press release mail outs and special events on a regular basis, as well as creating reports on these. Other tasks include assisting PR Team in the below: - Maintaining and Updating press, social influencer database on weekly basis - Maintaining Showroom in line with LV guidelines - Dealing with enquiries from the press - Managing stock and Arrange loans from the showroom for press and social influencers - Weekly reports on print and social coverage - Organizing press trips and promotional events - such as press days, tours, visits, instore events - Assisting Communications team with advertising media; working with agency to approve materials - Working closely with finance and clients on liaising and managing invoices and POs on a daily basis This position will be based in Senayan, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. Internship for 6 months.PROFIL- PR experience preferred (not required) - University graduate and/or currently enrolled - Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Suite - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in Korean and English
