**Job**- Read, understand and implement Engine/Aircraft Shop Manual.- Utilize the required specific precision measurement tools.- Perform Engine receiving check ( GVI ) and help inspector to perform receiving inspection.- Check the Engine shipping Stand ( PM Sticker ) and off load the Engine IAW E.M- Transfer the Engine from Shipping Stand on to Pedestals IAW E.M- Record and update the Engine incoming Accessory List part and serial numbers accordingly- Perform Engine receiving Base check with the Inspector.- Prepare the Engine for Borescope inspection and help the Inspector to Borescope the Engine- Remove the Engine QEC component as per the EW IAW the EM.- Blank, Label, Identify, Segregate and Stack the removed components in the allocated rack.- Disassemble The Engine and record any required measurements as per the EW IAW the EM- Notify the Inspection/Engineering for any abnormal observation during disassembly.- Remove The Engine Modules utilizing the specific Fixture/Tooling as per the EW IAW the EM- Disassemble the Modules utilizing the specific Fixture/Tooling as per the EW IAW the EM- Blank, Label, Identify, Segregate and Stack the Blades, Vanes, Stators in the allocated rack.- Rout the peace parts racks to the bench inspection as per EW IAW the EM.- Rout the peace parts racks to the NDT for rework as per EW IAW the EM.- Rout the peace parts racks to the support shops for rework as per EW IAW the EM.- Perform all the Inspection registered none routine items accordingly IAW the EM.- Receive the serviceable Engine Module peace parts from the Kitting and check SVCBL Tag- Assemble the SVCBL Engine Modules and record all the required measurement IAW the EM- Assemble all the Engine Modules and record the Torque, Gap and Clearance values- Ensure Inspector to check and accept all the recoded measurement IAW the EM- Perform Balancing on all the Compressor/Turbine rooters as per the EW IAW the EM- Install all main line Bearings/Sumps as per the EW IAW the EM- Inspector issue a SVCBL Tag for the Engine Modules as per the EW IAW the EM- Install all the Engine Modules core section and record the Torque, Gap and Clearance values- Install all Engine components and record the Torque, Gap and Clearance values IAW the EM- Ensure Inspector to check and accept all the recoded measurement IAW the EM- Install all the Engine QEC as per the EW IAW the EM- Perform all the Inspection registered none routine items accordingly IAW the EM.- Prepare the Engine for per-final and final Inspection- Record and update the Engine out-going Accessory List art and serial numbers accordingly- Transfer the Engine from Pedestals on to Engine Shipping Stand and check ( PM Sticker )- Take Engine photos all around prior covering the Engine and keep records.- Load the Engine on to the shipping Truck IAW the EM procedures.- Maintain Shop tidy and the SAEI Standard Practice.- Save Company Assets by maintaining the Engine Fixtures, Tooling and Stands.- Forcing FOD program IAW SAEI Safety Manual.- All performed work is accomplished IAW the Health, Environment and Safety Manuals.- Work hard as a team to meet planed target and cover AOG situations.- Contribute in work process and production improvement plans to the optimum level.- Flexible to work on any shift, shop and location according to operation requirement.- Have a good level of communication and interaction with the work colleague.- Willing to learn new skills and accept innovation of the new Engines.- Do not refuse any job assignment, OJT, Technical or Corporate Training.- Medically and physically fit to pass all the occupational checkup.- Preferably holding an authorized approved international license such as ( FAA/EASE/GACA )
