Create product marketing campaign analysis for increasing Harian Kompas product revenue (newspaper, Kompas.id, books and merchandise), for cooperation programs with various partners (Government, agencies, etc) to acquire their audience to become Kompas.id users and audience engagement programs for various audience clusters through various direct and indirect communication channels.Bachelor Degree in any fields1 yr experience in marketing or digital marketing or related fields (in Media company is a plus)Good knowledge in sales and marketing concepts, digital marketing and omni-channel marketing, buyer persona and audience segmentationGood knowledge in growth hacking for web and app productMastering how to analyze ads and campaigns on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Youtube, app ads (Android and iOS).Up to date, have a good analytic skills
