(Plantation) Procurement Manager

About the Company:Our client has developed new technologies to cultivate and harvest natural sea plants. The cultivated and processed sea plants are used to produce value-added products that have applications in a variety of industries such as Food Processing, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry.

Job Descriptions: • Manage procurement categories for the Manufacturing site • Supervise & Lead the purchasing & procurement activities including the raw materials, utilities, and spare parts. • Involved in the supply of Logistic Services (Local Warehouses or Port). • Ensure full purchasing & procurement pricing optimization by proper knowledge of the market situation. • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and manage supplier relationships to obtain maximum value for the company's investment • Actively seek to consolidate demand, optimize category procurement and employ best practices for each category • Enforce the framework and process for proactive procurement policies, ensuring all compliance and good code of ethics are followedRequirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. • At least 3 Years experiences as Purchasing/Procurement Manager in Forestry/Agriculture/Aquaculture/Spices industry • Preferably Manager / Senior Manager specializing in Purchasing/Procurement or equivalent in Forestry Plantation, especially incoconut plantation• Demonstrated experience in Purchasing Activities & Management. • Possess strong leadership, analysis, and problem-solving skill. • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
