You will be entrusted with leading all accounting procedures, from financial accounting to managerial accounting. Your expertise will be crucial in reducing production costs and managing slow-moving inventory. You will also be tasked with constantly improving local processes and coaching the local finance team. Your responsibilities will extend to preparing bottom-up budgeting on a quarterly basis and performing actual-budget variance analysis. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in reviewing cost accounting and ensuring compliance with accounting policies. You will also handle both internal and external audits while providing oversight over working capital management.Oversee all accounting procedures, including Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Cash Management and TaxAct as a finance partner to reduce production costs and slow-moving inventoryLead improvement of process, costing, and make constant improvements in local processesCoach and upskill the local finance teamPrepare bottom-up budgeting on a quarterly basisPerform actual-budget variance analysis – understanding the drivers of varianceReview cost accounting and ensure implementation of, and compliance with, accounting policies, internal controls, internal regulations and governanceHandle internal and external auditProvide oversight and discipline over working capital management, cash management, and cash forecastingWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for the Plant Senior Finance Manager (Cikarang) role will bring a wealth of experience and a strong skillset. You should hold a bachelor's degree in a related field or have equivalent experience, along with a Chartered Accountant designation. Your 15 or more years of progressive work experience in a multinational manufacturing environment will be invaluable, as will your 10 years' experience with financial reporting, managerial accounting and internal controls. Your five years' management experience will demonstrate your ability to lead and inspire a team. Your costing experience, particularly within a manufacturing company, will be crucial to this role.
