Cost Control Supervisor

1. Ability to perform inventory control, to analyze data and to follow up on findingsa. Do physical inventory on food, beverage, and material items (store, all kitchens, and outlets), recalculate, process and close the monthly report.b. Breakdown expenses and distributions to other department, reconcile and make analysis, compare and balance the report with ledgerc. Provide spa consignment, employee entertainment, officer check, LPG analysis & slow moving items report2. Ability to manage and to control storing and disbursement of items according to store request, HACCP standard and FEFOa. Review, check, sign and post all Good Receiving Notes (GRN) and all kitchen/bar/material requisitions to the system on daily basis.b. Review all allocation expenses from requisition on weekly basis.3. Accuracy and dexterity in operating accounting PMS including data entry of items disbursement, ensuring validity of supporting document and to ensure report distribution of related department.a. Collect supporting data from all bars/kitchen/store, captain order, inter bar/kitchen transfers and material requisition, check and post into the system.b. Quantity check, classify items received include FFE, operating, store items and direct expenses for assets inventory purpose and provide monthly report & supporting document for internal audit purposes.4. Graduated from reputable university.5. Leadership skill and managing of others, preferably 2 years working experience in the same position.6.
