Plant Optimization Specialist

Location: ID - BogorGoodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Bon Jovi SindaySponsorship Available: NoRelocation Assistance Available: No**Responsibilities**:- Execute daily Plant Optimization activities and ensure follow-up where it is required to support successful and sustainable implementation of Plant Optimization in the plant- Drive "People & Environmental Care" as a value and help to build a culture of "Zero Loss" while ensuring "One Goodyear Way"- Serve as a Change Agent for Plant Optimization by driving process discipline, quality focus, transparency, and accountability- Provide clear, concise, and direct feedback to Plant Optimization Leader and Business Center Team on successes and challenges during implementations**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in any engineering field- At least a year of equivalent experience in driving and implementing continuous improvement methodologies and tools in a Manufacturing company- Computer literate (MS Office)- Very good communication skills, good command of English and local language(s)- Ability to lead and direct cross-functional working groups- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
