Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan min. Diploma / S1
Pengalaman di manufaktur min. 5 th, terutrama di perusahaan manufaktur padat karya.
Pengalaman min. menjadi Supervisor atau Manager min. 2 th.
Leadership skill yg kuat.
Selalu up-to-date dengan perkembangan ilmu Manajemen Operasional.
Memahami? Lean & Six Sigma.
Kemampuan analisa & problem solving yg baik.

Job Description:

Mengubah manajemen operasional dari berdasarkan pengalaman, menjadi manajemen operasional modern yang lebih efektif & efisien.
