There will always be a chance for you to learn and try something new.This is your invitation to rise above what was possible yesterday.**Job posting end date**: 09/29/2023Metso Surabaya Service Centre is currently seeking a Planning Team Leader to join the Repair team based in Surabaya.**Responsibilities**:Ensure efficient planning and scheduling of repair and fabrication activities and monitor the performance of the work management process to identify improvement opportunitiesEnsures the definition and measuring of production control parameters and relative analysis of the deviations in terms of respect of times, efficiency and productivity, ensuring all corrective measures.Initiate project setup and register in SAP, Salesforce and RMS DynamicsCarry out project budget, scope of works, work packs and commercial reviewsOptimises repair and fabrication activities in the workshopLead and mentor the Repairs CoordinatorsCoordinate and expedite timely freight movements from warehouse and supplies to repair facilitiesHandle customer complaints and warranty claims, initiate root cause analysis and coordinate follow up corrective actionsInterface with finance group to assist team to resolve any errors related to Sales Order settlement.Coordinate, prepare and submit accurate reports including but not limited to sales and order intakes, work in progress, manpower and manhours, budget cost vs actual cost runs as requiredManage external parties i.e. vendors and suppliers, including scheduling & reporting functionsCoordinate regular preventive maintenance of the repair facility equipmentDocument control via transmittal as per Metso procedureVisit customers sites and external party workshops as requiredProvide reports of Planning Key Performance Indicators and utilise the results to drive strategic direction and process improvementProactive communicator to all stakeholders.
