Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.**Your Responsibilities**:- Coordinate planning activities with the planning team- Calculate and provide solutions of optimizing level of raw and finish good stock- Planning the logistic concept for new project from logistic planning point of view- Preparing the SAP system setup for all upcoming projects- Participate and lead meetings and escalation calls with customers/suppliers- Actively involved in coaching and development of the other individuals from the planning team- Work closely with the purchasing team carrying out forecasting and inventory analysis for future purchasing decisions- To determine and implement appropriate planning processes within logistic department- Use statistical tools to lead improvement within the sales and manufacturing teams- Maintain professional communication and behaviour in accordance with Magna Code of Conduct and company policies and practices- Ensures fairness at work, in comply with Employees charter and Operational principles- Other tasks assigned by the employer.**Who we are looking for**:- University Education (bachelor's degree or equivalent)- Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive industry- Leadership experience will be considered as advantage- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel- Advanced knowledge of SAP- Analytical, conceptual and comprehensive thinking and acting skills- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)- Capable of working with mínimal supervision- Customer oriented and team player**Your preferred qualifications**:- Good interpersonal and effective organizational and leadership skills- Continuous improvement initiative**In addition, we offer you the following site benefits**:- Flexible working hours for a good work-life balance;- Health programs, sports and team events;- Training program and exciting internal development opportunities;- Canteen, and organized transport;- Private Health Insurance.
