Requirements :
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management
· Have minimum 1 years work experience in related field
· Proactive, full of initiatives, high integrity, risk focus and attention to details
· Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under preassure
· Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgement and problem solving skills
· Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
Responsibility :
· Create and monitor absence of employee, report of attendance submit to Manager and then used to payroll supporting data
· Manage of registration and maintain data of employee insurance (BPJS)
· Must be willing to work in Bintaro, South Tangerang
