Job DescriptionManaging all general office administration tasks effectively and efficiently.List the manpower requests and advertise the job vacancy Independently or requesting the manpower needs to the vendors.Making travel arrangements for the company's executives and their families, as well the travel arrangements for all employees for business trips purposes.Responsible for providing meals or refreshments for employees working overtime.Taking minutes of meetings and maintaining accurate records.Accompanying company's executives on business trips.Scheduling and organizing the agenda for company's executives. RequirementsFresh graduate with minimum bachelor degree graduates.Attractive and have professional appearance.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent inProficient in English is mandatory.Proficient in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing accordingly.Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
