Details of the offer

Specifically, a Personal Assistant To The CEO Will Perform The Following Tasks To The Highest Standards :

· Assist CEO in daily working.
· Assist CEO with arrangement and translation both business and privately related.
· Follow and analyze all the business process of the company.
· Manage administrative schedule, making appointments, task-reminder, prepare supporting documents, data management and filing, provide general assistance, and support any task that CEO needs.
· Prepare a good presentation & able to do the presentation.
· Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff (follow up deadline schedule cross-division, follow up pending list request with clients/vendors/partners).
· Secretarial duty
· Screening phone calls, chats, emails, enquiries and request, and handling in appropriate & professional way.
· Prepare documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
· Maintains files and equipment in an orderly and professional manner.
· Provide general administrative and clerical support and copying to management.
· Schedules meetings, attend all meeting and create minutes of meeting.

What are we looking for?

Skills
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follows :
· Minimum 2 years experiences as Personal Assistant to CEO, or relevant experience (preferably in e-commerce industry);
· Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
· Good understanding of e-commerce operations, practices and procedures.
· Strong communication and human-relation skills.
· Fluent in English both oral & written.
· Smart & fast learner
· Attention to detail & thorough.
· Agile, multitasking, well organized, and trusted.
· Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and office equipment.
