Job DescriptionManage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Anticipate and prioritize the executive's needs, proactively handling tasks and requests.Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents.Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.Manage expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements.Coordinate with various departments and external contacts to ensure smooth communication and project completion.Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.RequirementMinimum 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.Preferably Male with Bachelor DegreeStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.Fluency in Mandarin and excellent English communication skills.Additional RequirementGenderAllAge22 - 35 (yo)Min.
