Manage The Executive's Calendar, Scheduling Appointments, Meetings, And Travel Arrangements.- Anticipate And Prioritize The Executive's Needs, Proactively Handling Tasks And Requests.- Prepare Presentations, Reports, And Other Documents With Accuracy And Attention To Detail.- Organize And Maintain Filing Systems For Both Physical And Digital Documents.- Arrange Travel Logistics, Including Booking Flights, Hotels, And Transportation.- Manage Expense Reports And Ensure Timely Reimbursements.- Coordinate With Various Departments And External Contacts To Ensure Smooth Communication And Project Completion.- Perform Other Ad-Hoc Administrative Tasks As Needed.Requirement- Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Personal Assistant Or Similar Administrative Role.- Preferably Male With Bachelor Degree- Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Prioritize Multiple Tasks Effectively.- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport With People At All Levels.- Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy.- Ability To Work Independently And Take Initiative.- Discretion And Ability To Maintain Confidentiality.- Fluency In Mandarin And Excellent English Communication Skills.Jenis Pekerjaan: KontrakPanjang kontrak: 12 bulanUpah: Rp10.000.000 - Rp20.000.000 per bulanPertanyaan Lamaran:- Are you confident in communicating in English?- What is your expected salary (in gross)?- Do you have experience as a Personal Assistant?- What is your Mandarin Level / HSK?**Language**:- Inggris (Diwajibkan)
