Job Description Job Requirements: - Min. Bachelor Degree in Any major / Diploma in secretary (preferred)
- Min 2 years experiences as Personal Assistant
- English proficiency: excellent (both oral and written)
- Computer skills: Ms. Office
- Willing to travel
- To be based in Red House Airasia, Tangerang

Job Descriptions:

- Prepare & manage duty travel of Director of Maintenance and Engineering (DOM)

- Organize DOM’s Business / Personal Expenses

- Responsible for ENG Petty Cash, including reporting to Finance

- Organize Cash Advance for DOM, including its settlement

- Organize meeting / event in ENG Division (internal / external / Regional)

- Organize requesting of Airport Pass renewal / Name cards / ID card

- Liaison with other Department for DOM business needs

- Maintain schedules & calendars, arrange & confirm appointments

- Handling incoming letter for DOM
