Job Description Work with Regional Performance Marketing team to align regional & local marketing strategies.Drive revenue, achieve targeted ROI and maintain positive KPI trends; Determine Daily, Weekly, monthly, and quarterly and annual revenue forecasts and budgets.Evaluate KPIs of all marketing channels (display, video, retargeting, in-app marketing, referring partners, social, email, SEM, SEO, etc.) by channel Dine-in, TakeAway and Delivery and determine necessary adjustments to optimize overall marketing effectiveness in line with budgeted marketing spend.Evaluate Search marketing and optimizing keyword portfolios and bid management strategies and refining campaigns through ad copy tests, landing pages, negative keywords, etc.Working closely with media agency to achieve objectives.Plan Push Notification, SMS and email-marketing calendar and in close cooperation with CRM Marketing. Measure results and ROI of these campaigns. Build an email-target database and define opportunities to grow the size of the database.Work with the Brand, Product & Channel Marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels (Online, offline, in-store) and to ensure both strong commercial and consistent brand messages.Work with the IT & Tech team on web-commerce & app campaign calendars, detailing the timelines of tactical promotions, along with other campaignsWebsite optimization: Define opportunities on site (structure) and content to drive Search Engine OptimizationDeliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all activities to BOD & key stakeholders The Successful Applicant Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (or equivalent commercial experience) with 5 years in ecommerce retail experience, either on media agency or client sideDetailed understanding/knowledge of Organic Search (required), Paid Search (required), sales conversion (required), promotions, loyalty programs, etcHighly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Search Ads etc.Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateHave good understanding on mobile attribution tools (e.g. Appsflyer) and its customization possibilities (custom dashboards, API modification, etc)Understand the basic of mobile app fraud methods and its monitoring tool (e.g Appsflyer Protect 360 or Adjust Prevention Suite)Have a good understanding of MMP, Google Analytics, AppAnnie, Firebase, Google Tag Manager etc.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingHighly motivated, open-minded and able to work on fast-paced environmentUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementGet used to working with huge amount of data and able to perform spreadsheets-based formula to translate campaign data to actionable insightsExperiences in handling programmatic ad buying (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk), ad server, verification tools would be a plus
