Performance Management Supervisor - Spx Express

Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.- Provide daily performance report for operations team- Maintain performance report related data- Analyze operation performance data- Align with Operations Team to support their performance data- Align with other support team to build the performance metrics**Requirements**:- Holds a minimum bachelor degree from relevant major- Have mínimal 3 years experience in a Logistics company as data analyst or relevant position- Good analytical and project management skills- Data-driven oriented, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and another dashboard- Willing to be placed at Sunter, North Jakarta
