People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.- ** Collaborate with hiring managers in understanding the needs and roles to be filled as well as review job descriptions for vacancies.**:- ** Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes**:**Requirements**:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment field- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.- Someone that understand and have experiences in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives- Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different roles- An empath with great project management skills & strong communication skills to build relationships with various hiring managers- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.- Placement in Yogyakarta / Solo
