People Project Lead

The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
Job Description:
Drive & lead end-to-end people initiatives & projects that lead to a sustainable business process Identifying risk and key challenges while and partnering with relevant related stakeholders for mitigation plan to ensure that the project will be completed per agreed timeline and within budget Lead strategic & efficient project executions in order to manage people engagement within the business Conduct regular people operations reviews and drive process improvements to align with the business objectives Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders from different teams/departments to complete the projects Drive upward communications on the project progress & regular project reports to the upper management Present and conduct regular & ad-hoc reports (in deck or sheet format) and conduct the presentation Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in project management consulting, HR strategy, or director's office Fluent in English (written & verbal) with good communication skills High attention to details Good structural and critical thinking structure, anddecent logic Agile and have high initiative to drive and lead on tasks and projects Able to manage pressure in a dynamic environment and agile
