INDICO aims to leverage Telkomsel's digital assets and capabilities to create cross-sectoral digital solutions that will empower Indonesia's digital economy.**What you will do, but not limited to**:- Manage the payroll and benefits administration process in coordination with the HR team.- Responsible in development and execution of HR initiatives and programs.- Conduct employee engagement activities and promote a positive work culture- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution.- Support the development and implementation of HRIS systems and tools to streamline HR processes and enhance data analytics.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and manage employee files and records.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes and initiatives are aligned with business objectives**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles for startups and/or digital agencies with experience in payroll processing and management.- Experience in managing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.- Demonstrated capability in developing strong, collaborative business relationships with executive management teams and client groups to drive, develop, and execute talent strategy and successfully meet their goals- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office.
