Job Description Develop engaging and strategic employer branding content through social media to showcase company's unique profile and boost the audience Brainstorm, propose and execute innovative employer branding initiatives Conduct comparison research and analysis from other companies' employer branding content and identify which one is suit with ours Analyze current's engagement program to understand its effectiveness and areas for improvement Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to align branding efforts Stay up to date with social media trends that related to employer branding Qualifications Undergraduate students in their final semester, from Marketing, Visual Communication, Psychology, or equivalent education. Preferably has experience related to market research and has the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and branding initiatives, as well as internal engagement programs. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Available to join the internship program for 4 months or more
