This role is responsible for designing and implementing engagement strategies that will enhance team member experience, foster a culture that embodies our core values. You will be an excellent fit for this exciting opportunity if you love to think holistically about employee experience, and believe that people are at the core of a company's success.-- Partner across the People teams to build and align our system of talent management practices-- Create a roadmap and implement plans to increase employee engagement, retention, and performance in our evolving work environment and develop strategies to address any areas for improvement-- Evaluate existing programs and processes and provide recommendations for improvement-- Collaborate on action plans for effective integration of new employees and remote staff through onboarding and orientation- Build strong relationships to become a trusted advisor to people across the organization**Requirements**:- 6+ years experience in People Operations/Human Resources/Learning & Development/Employer Branding with a focus on employee engagement, employee experience or organizational effectiveness-- Ability to be proactive, solutions-focused, and results-oriented-- Demonstrated experience in evaluating employee data and creating actionable plans-- Ability to be effective in and comfortable with strategic thinking, project management, as well as tactical implementation- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organizational functions and levels
