Job Roles and Responsibilities Working in partnership with other HR teams, the expertise and focus of the HR Operations team is supporting HR Leads, business stakeholders, and line managers with employee relations matters, performance management, and guidance on HR processes. The team's objective is to provide consistent support with HR processes and enable smooth running of HR operations, and simultaneously build Company employee's experience at Key Employee Moments. The role requires a customer mindset and strong bias for action. These activities will include, but are not limited to, Building Relationships with Business Stakeholders, Performance Management, Data & Analytics, and Ad-hoc Project requests.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day employee relations issues, including escalation to Employee Relations partners
2. Provide guidance, lead and support Line Managers on performance management process
3. Provide support to HR Leads aligned to agenda and calendar of HR activities where appropriate
4. Ensure that the self-service model is adhered to by the business and that the People Experience & Operations (PE& O) function effectively intervenes where needed to enhance the employee and manager experience
5. Responsible to develop and maintain knowledge of all key HR tools, systems and processes, including Workday (HRIS), internal chatbox, Learning Hub, company Voice, and other related HR processes and tool.
6. Provide reporting and analytics based on organization needs and driving insights for HRBPs using existing dashboards, HR data, and leveraging our people data team
7. Interface with many roles and support areas including People Experience & Operations (PE&O),Service Functions, Legal, Expertise Teams, Flow to Teams, etc.
8. Provide guidance on internal equity data on promotions and off-cycle salary increases
9. Gather data and working with employees who are preparing for inter-company transfer, locally or globally.
10. Manage escalation of HR support issues through to resolution while maintaining effective communication with all affected stakeholders.
11. Serve as an agile and flexible resource on managing HR related issues, while serving as a change agent.
12. Coach and consult on organizational design and management issues, as well as challenging and/or influencing decision-making processes
13. Lead change management efforts around growth culture and process evolution.
Skills and Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or Information System.
Good end to end understanding of HR processes, policies and case management.
More than 5 years operations experience in HR.
Experience in Payroll (Compensations and Benefits) and Life cycle employee (onboarding until offboarding)
Certification in HR.
Training in Stakeholder Management, Reward Management.
Strong organizational skills are important as well as attention to details and an ability to multitask and see work through to conclusions (project management experience a plus)
Action-oriented to initiate appropriate resources and tools to ensure delivery on key HR processes
Strong stakeholder management with ability to impact and influence different areas of the organization
Proven track record of successfully working in a complex, matrix organization
