Join us to empower more businesses with technology.**Key Responsibilities**:- Design, initiate & deliver engagement initiatives- Design, initiate & deliver Culture Internalisation program/initiatives- Create certain metrics to measure employees' engagement conditions & culture internalisation- Analyze data in internal engagement & culture area to provide insights & recommendation for improvements- Provide platforms where employees could experiment and submit their ideas for company improvements- Manage & report budget allocation & spending for Engagement & Culture programs initiation**Requirements**:- Minimum of 3 years experience in handling culture and engagement- Proven experience in creating initiatives that increase engagement in employees- Ability to professionally interact with all levels within the company- Experts in delivering outcomes, achieving goals, and solving problems
