Payroll Specialist

Ensures accurate calculation of wages, BPJS, tax PPH21, and other company deductions- Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data- Pays employees by directing the production and issuance of paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts- Maintains payroll & tax PPh21 guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential- Report for equalization of salary journal, SAP, and SPT (Monthly)- Review, Analyze and prepare for actuary, SPT, and medical insurance (Yearly)- Minimal 2 year experience as a Payroll Sepcialist/Assistant Manager- Possess Tax Brevet Certification- Familiar with HRIS ProInt & SAP System- Required skills: Pph21, salary review, job grading, BPJS, Insurance- Have a good analytical thinking, leadership, communication- Detailed, proactive & highly initiative to keep updating with tax & other government regulation- Proficient in Ms Office"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
