DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.- Responsible to make sure all BPO achieve KPI Target- Process Payroll Monthly, weekly, ad hoc process for payroll- Compile, check, calculate attendance, overtime, and parcel's claim for reconciliation payroll with vendor- Accrual & Estimated BPO's cost- Process claim damage and losses to BPO- Strategic partner on Payroll process and Improvement- Process payment & claim insurance employee ( BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS TK)- Process complain late payroll to management BPO- Process administration payroll ( quotation, agreement, addendum, etc)**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent education, open from all major- Minimum 5 years working experience as HR Payroll- Knowledge and experience with Industrial Relations- Excellent written and verbal communication
