Partnership Marketing Coordinator (Surabaya)

Build strong business relationships with merchants by actively engaging with them and listening to their needs and feedback.- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that add value to our users, creating a mutually beneficial situation.- Drive growth and ensure a high ROI by adopting a data-driven approach for estimating ROI and conducting KPI analysis to enhance basket size and customer loyalty.- Serve as the main point of contact between merchants and internal stakeholders, ensuring service and food quality consistency.- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and merchant acquisition teams to optimize the merchant experience.- Contribute to the creation of frameworks, processes, and tools to manage team performance, ensuring knowledge continuity for better merchant service.**Requirement**:1.
