About The Job
Tempo is looking for an experienced and energetic Partner Marketing Manager to join our thriving marketing organization. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partner Management, Marketing and Product Management to develop and execute against an engaging Partner marketing strategy in our key markets.
In this exciting, collaborative role, you will be responsible for creating scalable campaigns that our network of partners can use to drive awareness and demand generation, and extend the Tempo brand into the ecosystem. You will also act as the primary marketing contact for these programs, including regular participation in team calls, virtual / in-person meetings, and planning sessions.
The successful candidate will also support the Partner Management team in forging new and strengthening existing relationships with our strategic Partners to mutual benefit, and to achieve shared goals.

What the Role Involves
Plan and drive Partner marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and time constraints.
Work with Partners to develop joint marketing activities based on identified market opportunities and competitive considerations.
Develop supporting collateral, including Partner presentations, sales enablement materials and partner training programs.
Maintain positive and productive relationships with Partners, and act as a Tempo advocate across the Partner channel.
Support Partner initiatives, events and manage outbound Partner marketing communications.
Continually evaluate the marketing performance of Partners and collaboratively recommend improvements.
Produce and deliver presentations to internal and Partner audiences, and assist with partner onboarding and sales enablement activities.
Maintain a current library of Partner resources, and help to promote Tempo’s Partner program to new and existing Partners.

 
The Ideal Candidate
3-5 years’ experience in Channel Partner marketing or Channel program management in a SaaS software environment.
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated success in operating Channel Partner programs and go-to market campaigns with Channel Partners.
Strongly detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
Proven experience of cross-group collaboration, creative thinking and problem solving.
Team player who thrives on working in a highly collaborative environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
Knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem is a plus.
