The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
Job Description:
Handle end-to-end process of P&L from strategic planning to execution (projection, modeling, execute, monitor, and resolve issue within the execution) Leverage all data and work with related stakeholders to analyze overall performance and identify levers for improvements Align with functional teams for Objective Key Result (OKR) planning and monitoring, resource allocation and optimization Identifying new business potential, running experiments, conducting analysis of competitors, partners, business models to have higher revenue potential Project management for ad hoc projects for business growth and profitability focus Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major Minimum 3 years of work experience in combination of finance and sales experience Have working experience in ecommerce and/or management consulting industry would be a plus Having knowledge and experience in Project Management, Data Analysis, Finance Modelling and Forecasting would be a plus. Strong analytical skill and good with number and business sense Familiar with Excel and Powerpoint, know SQL is a plus Passionate team player with leadership potential and good communication skills
