We are looking for P&ED Specialist - Services who will be part of our Team in Surabaya. Your 'day to day' - Provide C&B services for employees and managers, with comprehensive and reliable information from different C&B areas and handle all incoming queries (phone calls, e-mails) escalated by the Generalist team based on local guidelines/practices - Perform all C&B transactional and operational tasks at the affiliate level and which requires a face to face contact, to meet or exceed service levels and business case assumptions. Who we're looking for - A self-driven professional with university degree any major, preferably in Psychology, Law or Human Resources Management - A fluent English speaker with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR - With excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks - Very good analytical & research skills - Ability to work independently in very dynamic and challenging environment - Excellent computer literacy - Able to operate intermediate Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, & Project) - Open to be placed in Surabaya What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
