Job Description:

Design, develop, and deliver innovative enterprise-wide talent management & succession, leadership development, and performance management processes. Provide recommendation and influence decisions about Talent Management practices. Work closely with People Leadership and Business Leaders to drive talent strategy and critical talent needs across SIRCLO. Ensure headcount availability and headcount request based on annual MPP and analyse headcount request according to company’s budget. Facilitate the performance appraisal program based on performance management analysis. Evaluate and identify opportunities to increase team and organization efficiency and effectiveness across departments. Map critical function and design succession planning for all critical functions and build a healthy succession pipeline for critical roles. Create recommendations and influence decisions about Organization Development portfolio and future roadmap.

Requirements:

3 - 5 years of experience in Organizational Development and Talent Management with multiple practice areas such as Performance, Organizational Design, Organizational Health, or Change Management Strategy. Minimum Bachelor Degree for any major discipline, preferably with equivalent practical experience. Experience and extensive knowledge in leading performance management, talent management, succession planning across stakeholders. Extensive business partnering skill and building trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders. Experience with influencing and advising senior leaders. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities across complex situations and challenges. Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated experience in driving and delivering strong outcomes. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and provide recommendations for multiple stakeholders within the organization. Strong communication skills and able to work under a tight deadline.
