Organization Development & Performance Management

**Key Responsibilities**- Assist with the implementation of organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, job evaluation, and talent management.- Participate in the creation and upkeep of performance management systems.- Coordinate and lead performance review processes.- Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees on performance evaluation techniques.- Gather and interpret performance data, aiding in the formulation of informed recommendations.- Organize and conduct development workshops and training sessions.- Support coaching and mentoring programs for employees and managers.- Manage organization development and performance management projects to ensure they align with organizational objectives.**Job Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years' experience in organizational development, performance management, human resources, or a related area.- Fundamental understanding of organizational development and performance management principles.- Proficient in analytical thinking and data interpretation.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Team player with a collaborative work style.
