Organization Development Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide administrative support to the Organization Development (OD) team, ensuring seamless execution of OD initiatives.- Handle and organize crucial data for reporting, ensuring accuracy and relevance.- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that support decision-making in the OD realm.- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth communication.- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of reports, presentations, and documentation pertinent to OD initiatives.- Support the team in planning and executing workshops, training sessions, and other initiatives.**Qualifications**:- Final year student or recent graduate from a Bachelor's program in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.- Strong organizational and administrative aptitudes.- Proficient in the Google Suite, with exceptional skills in Google Spreadsheets.- Clear and articulate communication abilities in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
