Currently managing four business units:- Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM) : Engaged in energy trading through collaboration with ExxonMobil, distributing diesel car engine oil to Kalimantan and other eastern parts of the country.- Triputra Solusi Terpadu (TRUST) : Offering value-added services as a solution partner, tailoring offers to meet specific needs in energy industry.- Armada Bahtera Semesta (AbAs) : A vessel owner and operator, specializing in transporting and managing liquid cargo in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.- ATW Solar Indonesia (ATW) : One of leading solar energy provider that utilize and maximize solar energy for smarter society and better environment in Indonesia.**Guided by the Triputra DNA as our core values**: Integrity & Ethics, Excellence, Compassion, and Humility**That lived by our spirit of work**: Enjoy, Accountability, and Teamwork (E.A.T) with humble, positive, and confidence.Support reporting of dynamic organizational and people development activities and programs.Support in reporting and controlling the analysis of job and technical competencies development.Assist in controlling and reporting on training schedulesAssist in controlling planning versus actual delivery of daily and monthly cultural activities.Last year student or fresh graduate from industrial engineering/Psychology major with min GPA 3.5/4.0Having knowledge about business and people development.Familiar with MS Office (Excel & Power Point) & Canva.Available for at least 3 months.Fluent in English will be plus.
