Oracle Business Analyst

On behalf of a leading multinational construction consulting company, Monroe Consulting Group is looking for a talented Business Analyst who has experience in the implementation and maintenance of Oracle applications.
Job Description: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements or optimizations. Configure Oracle ERP modules, mainly the Financial Module, to meet business needs. Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards as required. Create comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides. Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests. Collaborate with Oracle support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Participate in periodic system upgrades and enhancements. Requirements :
2-5 years of experience as Business Analyst/Functional Consultant in Oracle Implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise between business and technical teams. Strong English skills (communication & written)
