Key ResponsibilitiesPerform RF tuning & optimization and other RF related service activities for high capacity wireless networks using GSM, WCDMA and LTE technologies; familiar with link budgetsRF propagation from cellular antennas, parameters and Radio features of at least one of the following technologies: GSM, WCDMA and LTEWork independently in performing optimization activitiesProvide training and guidance to less experience persons in the area of expertiseUtilize engineering tools such as cell planning toolsDrive test data collection and post processing toolsNetwork performance statistics monitoring and analysis tools**Key Requirements**:Leading teams addressing multiple markets performing analytical, investigative, and/or design activities related to LTE & Vo LTE Post Launch OptimizationRelevant experience in the field of 3G,LTE & Vo LTE RF Post Launch optimizationExtensive experience on LTE & Vo LTE counters and timers and route cause analysisManage network trials and performance data to identify coverage, capacity and interference problemsMulti carrier /Multi access Technology layer management strategy understanding and inter RAT mobility management of service bearersPerformance reports/Post processing toolIdentification and analysis of key issues on the network in order to achieve QoS targets for 2G/3G/LTEEnsuring first-class support is given to the resolution of customer problemsStrong understanding of 3G/2G/LTEStrong understanding of EDGE//HSPA/LTE concepts.A comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software features and constraints for 2G/3G/LTEGenderMaleMax.
