At the same time, we have the ambition to build an international brand by establishing an even more global presence.**Your impact won't end there**; you'll also boost Lalamove's market presence by significantly raising the number of branded vehicles, preserving delivery processes for corporations and non-corporations, and developing new initiatives.**You are the one who will directly empower our driver-partners and ensure their long-term economic viability.**THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH**What you'll do**:- Willing to learn how to install stickers to all vehicle type that Lalamove have (having sticker installation experience is an additional point )- Distribute attributes for the driver (Bag, Helmet, Jacket, Vest, Cap)- Assist in sticker project for 4 wheels vehicle- Work with related parties to ensure driver acquisition runs smoothly- Deliver training for new joiner driver- Support administration of the Operations Team- Manage driver walk-in support**What we seek**:- At least 1 year of working experience in Operations or General Affair- Have a "can do" attitude for sticker installation activity- Well understand and able to operate Excel, as well as work on other administrative tasks- Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative, and attentive to details- Strong communication skills- Ability to communicate in local languages is preferable- Join or have a strong connection with the driver community in Bandung- Willing to work on the field to support driver acquisition- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.Untuk semua kandidat
