The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.- Develop Health Safety Environment (HSE) Standard Management- Conduct regular HSE Assessment (ISO Standard)- Work with operations on implementing HSE initiatives- HSE Corporate Reports- Review operations SOP and WI to ensure adherence to HSE policy- Ensure HSE regulatory compliance**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree from any major- Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE Management at Courier/Express company- Skilled in HSE Management (Ahli K3 certified is mandatory), 5S and Visual Management, and Project Management- Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen and Lean skills are preferred)- Good communication skills (written and verbal)- Expert Facilitator and able to manage all stakeholders- Lead by example (hands-on) leadership style who can show operation solutions on the floor- Lead Auditor in implementing HSE Management System (ISO)- Willing to travel
