We are looking for a Operations Planning Analyst who will be based in Pasuruan. Your 'day to day' - Support the strategic planning process in the local Affiliate - Analyze & report key manufacturing performance indicators and develop operation plans in capacity & resources - Able to handle Budgeting and monthly reporting in cooperation with Ops Finance Who we're looking for - Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a related field with minimum GPA 3.00 - Minimum 1 year in current position - Preferably have experience as Strategic Planning in the field of tobacco industry - Proven experience as a Strategic Planner - Good analytical thinking and fluent in English - Willing to be placed in Plant Pasuruan What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
