Operations Mice Executive

**DAILY ACTIVITY**- Research all destinations to plan, co-ordinate and accurately cost tour itineraries for clients- Provide suitable recommendations to clients in the preparation of the travel/tour itinerary- Build and maintain good client relationship- Priorities daily work as necessary- Ensure turnaround quotations within the deadline given- Reply to all messages within 24 hours- Able to work in a team and in a collaborative environment**YOUR TEAM**You will be part of Operations team reporting to the Operations Supervisor or Operations Team Leader.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**Takes care of quotation requests from clients. Provide full and accurate itineraries, recommend alternatives or improvements and ensure turnaround within the deadline given.**WE CHALLENGE YOU TO**- Learn tourism industry especially for Europe destination- Dealing with people from different countries- Required skill(s): ability to work effectively with the systems and procedures, attentive to detail, strong problem solving skills, possessing a can-do flexible attitude.- Required language(s)**:Fluent in English**, other second language will be an advantage- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field / MICE agency is required for this position.- Familiar with AS400- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline- Must be result oriented, creative and energetic.- Ability to work independently and be a trouble-shooter.- Full-Time position(s) available.
