Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire Operations Team and Team Leads whom the lead researchers report to.
• Responsible for making sure that expected outputs for all accounts are met
• Responsible for coaching and developing Team Leads
• Oversee the Capacity Planning and Forecasting of hiring with the Ops Coordinator

Requirements:
• Must have extensive Lead Research experience
• Must have Managerial Experience
• Must speak English
• Must be willing to register under the RIF (Regimen Incorporacion Fiscal) for tax filing purposes (there is a 100% discount on taxes for the first year and a 10% reduction of that discount for every succeeding year)
• Must have own equipment
• Must be willing to work in a flexible shift

• Payments are made to your nominated bank account monthly, through Wise
• Permanent Work From Home
• Health Allowance to be given after 1 year
