Operations Manager

Job description:- Coordinating, implement, monitoring, controlling and improve daily SOP (purchase journey, SCM, service, after service, and eye check up method) to retail store- Support B2B Sales activity coordinate with store leader to creating schedule for who optician will join to the event- Collaborate with HRD for handling Hiring staff, monitoring staff performance, employee store contract including approve store shift and evaluate working hours- Training and development all store employee (hard skill and hard skill)Job requirement:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;- Min. 3-5 years of being in a managerial role ;- Must show responsibility and initiative, ability to effectively plan and execute projects, and drive to improve oneself;- Quick learner with analytical skills; ability to think on its own feet and formulate strategy; can identify the shortcomings.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
