You will be part of our Road Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence. ** Your Role **:To support Jkt ZO-O in developing and administering strategies, in collaboration with Customer, Operations and QSHE to ensure Dangerous Goods are handled and transported safely and in compliance with Global guidelines and all relevant National and International Regulations. To facilitate and support the design, development, and implementation of Dangerous Goods policies, guidelines, procedures and working instructions. ** Your Responsibilities **:DG Policies and Procedures- In collaboration with QSHE to set up, implement and control procedures to ensure that the handling of dangerous goods shipments is in compliance with DGR regulations, National DG regulations and KN DG guidelines- Monitor compliance with the rules governing the transport of dangerous goods (Assessment / Outreach / Targeted Training)DG Transport Operations- Oversee daily operations and supervise on-site staff on matters related to the handling and transportation of Dangerous Goods to ensure compliance with applicable regulations- Support the implementation of DG Approval system, vehicle checklist and issuing dangerous goods approvals- Ensure pre-trip checklists and inspections are performed in accordance with applicable procedures and working instructions- Ensure the handling of dangerous cargo through proper documentation e.g. Customer orders, Dangerous Goods Declaration Forms, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and other related documents.- Ensure that DG information are captured and entered correctly into the TMS (e.g. ROADLog, eTrucknow, SALOG, etc.)- Monitors and analyzes performance indicator data to identify quality improvement opportunities and advocates corrective action- Take charge of qualifying, trialing, appointment and performance review for DG vendors to be aligned with corporate carrier initiatives- Cooperate with QSHE in developing, updating and monitoring the Distribution Emergency Response Plan (DERP) inclusive of Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DRP)- Cooperate with QSHE on DG audits, perform spot checks and document reviews on a periodic schedule (monthly) not limited to physical checks of packaging, marking, labeling- To manage customer complaints in a professional manner, taking appropriate corrective action to prevent re-occurrence of complaint and/or notify all relevant stakeholders- To lead investigations and issue CAPARs to initiate corrective actions in case of deviations- Promote customer relations and develop existing customer base involving DG management- Assist National, Branch or BU manager in all DG related matters including all relevant DG risk assessmentsDG Capabilities - Training- Identifies and implements associate training needs related to Dangerous Goods in collaboration with QSHE and Human Resources organizations. Ensures accuracy, relevance, and compliance with related training programs- Deliver DG awareness training for staff that will be undertaking DG processes**Your Skills and Experiences**:- Certification for Dangerous Goods Management- Preferably Degree in Supply Chain- min 5 years experience in Dangerous Goods Transport Operation and handing Dangerous Goods shipments- 2-5 years experience in Oil & Gas Logistics, Overland, Leadership- Awareness of Legal obligations not limited to Safety Management Systems- Strong MS Office skill- Strong time management skill- Problem solver in operational situations- Proactive with positive initiative for improvements- Continuous learner and mentor capability- Multi-tasking in various functions- Good communication and written skills- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English
