**OPERATIONS ADMIN / FURNITURE & HOME DÉCOR / YOGYAKARTA**The position purpose is to administrate Factory activities related to inventory, packing purchase, supplier documents, PO documents and shipment documents. The role would be coordinated with Factory Manager for coordination and work flow responsibility.**Key Accountabilities**:1. Purchasinga. Ordering packing material, and other materials needed for internal/inhouse factory unit.b. Ensure material is delivered on time.c. Making other purchases needed for the factory unit.d. Request purchase approval from the management / finance department for the budget.e. Contact suppliers & vendors to get quotations.f. Processing the receipts, taking record and documenting the detail of incoming material packing.2. Administrationa. Data entry and inventory of all material packing, and ensure the data is accurate.b. Create necessary reports related to stock material.c. Send POs to suppliers & vendors of goods/services.d. Send PIs from suppliers to the Marketing department.e. Create necessary reports related to POs and PIs.3. Shipment Documentsa. Ordering packing material, and other materials needed for shipment.b. Create loading plan/IPL draft, final IPL, BL and other necessary documents.c. Ensuring all documents are properly made and uploaded in the dedicated folder.d. Work in close liaison with Sales/merchandiser and externally with transport organizations.**Job Requirements**1. Diploma degree minimum2. Bachelor degree in any major could apply3. Having administration experience at least 1-2 years4. Having experience in purchasing at least 1-2 years is an advantage6. Filing administration skill7. Good communication8.
